On the 21st of August, 1967 she was born in Burnaby. The actress has two sisters, Melvyn Moss, and Barbara Moss. Carrie Anne Moss was the nickname that her mother gave to her after Hollies hit song Carrie Anne was released in the year 1967. Her mother was expecting her at the time. Brooke Moss' older brother is also her sibling. She is age 55. Moss has a mixed heritage of English and German She is Canadian. She spent her entire adolescence being a resident of Vancouver British Columbia Canada. Another sibling of hers is Brooke Moss her older brother. Moss hails from Canada and is of mixed English/German ancestry. She was raised within Vancouver British Columbia Canada for most of her youth. After her high-school graduation she travelled to Europe as part of the choir of Magee Secondary School. In the same year, she was able to make her debut as an actress on TV with a series known as Dark Justice. They are very happy with their three kids. They welcomed their son Owen Roy in September 2003.
