Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts, born on October 28, 1967, in Atlanta with Betty Lou Bredemus & Walter Grady Roberts. Her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts, a farmer was one of the first Roberts to move to Atlanta. Her father was a young man when he became interested in theater. When he was a student at Emory University he appeared in various productions both in and outside of the campus. In 1953, when he joined the Air force and was spotted together with Betty Lou Bredemus in Biloxi. They got married in 1955. Their first baby son Eric Anthony, was born in the year 1956. Walter went to Tulane University New Orleans Louisiana after leaving the Airforce in 1957. Walter worked for Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. In 1960, the couple moved to Decatur Georgia. Walter as well as Betty Lou financed their own production of a local Sunday morning children's show, Bum Bum and His Buddies. They also established a six-year Actors and Writers Workshop later the same year. Lelisa Billingsley, also known as Lisa, was born in the year 1965. Julia Billingsley followed in 1967.
